Core departments: HR & Administration, Finance, IT, Credit, Risk & Recovery, Monitoring.
5 Province Offices covering all 7 provinces of Nepal.
Each province office is supervised by dedicated Monitoring Officers.
19 Monitoring Offices managing 149 branches in total.
Each monitoring officer oversees an average of 7–8 branches.
Each branch is led by one Branch Manager supported by 3–4 Field Assistants.
Branches serve 300–600 groups, representing 1,500–3,000 members.
