Membership
Visit your nearest Mero Microfinance branch with a copy of your citizenship and 2 passport photos. Our staff will guide you through the membership process. Membership fee is NPR 100.
Loans
The minimum loan amount varies by product. Group loans start from NPR 20,000 while individual business loans start from NPR 100,000.
Standard loans are processed within 3-7 working days after submission of all required documents. Micro loans may be processed faster.
Typically required: Citizenship certificate, 2 passport photos, recent utility bill or property ownership document, and income proof. Specific requirements vary by loan type.
Savings
Current savings interest rates range from 5% to 7% per annum for regular savings. Fixed deposits earn 9% to 12% depending on the tenure. Please visit the interest rates page for current rates.
Accounts
Currently, account opening requires an in-person visit to a branch. However, you can inquire online and schedule an appointment through our contact form.
